About Adv. Adapa V Subba Rayudu
Adapa V. Subba Rayudu is an accomplished advocate whose practice, stretching back to his enrollment with the erstwhile combined Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in 2010, has been defined by meticulous preparation, principled advocacy, and an unwavering belief in the rule of law. During more than a decade of active litigation before several Indian High Courts, he has earned a reputation for combining strategic insight with a calm, solution-oriented courtroom presence, qualities that have steadily attracted a diverse commercial and criminal clientele.
Mr Subba Rayudu’s academic foundation was laid at the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, Hyderabad, where he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade and Business Law. Exposure to cross-border commercial regimes now informs his day-to-day advice on complex transactions and disputes involving multinational parties. Complementing his commercial expertise, he also holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Law and Forensic Science, a combination that equips him to traverse the civil-criminal divide with uncommon ease.
Beyond litigation, he serves as a mentor to the emerging bar. Through Finnlex Law LLP he supervises interns and young associates, instilling in them habits of rigorous research, ethical practice, and client-centred service. Many former mentees attribute their professional discipline to the structured guidance they received under his tutelage.
Mr Subba Rayudu is likewise an engaged scholar. His published articles, particularly on arbitration, regularly appear in Indian and international law reviews, dissecting the evolving doctrine surrounding emergency arbitrators, interim relief, and enforceability of foreign awards. Practitioners, in-house counsel, and academics alike value these writings for their clarity and doctrinal precision.
